American Staffordshire Terrier

The American Staffordshire Terrier is a dog of great power compared to its size: well built, muscular but at the same time flexible and graceful. The head, of medium length, appears large on all sides; the skull is wide, the stop marked. The ears are tied high. The eyes are dark and round, located low and very wide apart. The jaws must be robust, especially the lower one which must allow a very good grip. The muzzle should have a square appearance. The construction of the trunk is close to the square. The limbs are perfectly plump. The queue narrowed towards the end, located more or less at the height of the hock.
