Norwich Terrier

The Norwich Terrier is a small dog, low on legs, compact and robust, of good power and bone structure. The skull is broad and slightly rounded, with enough space between the ears; the muzzle is strong, wedge-shaped, with taut lips and dry, robust jaws. The eyes are small, oval, dark, very expressive. The ears are straight, of medium size and pointed, carried perfectly erect when the dog is awake.The back is short and compact. The limbs are short, powerful and straight. The tail can be amputated at mid-length, but this amputation is not compulsory; the tail is inserted high and carried erect.
