Chesapeake Bay Retriever

The Chesapeake Bay Retriever is a medium-sized dog. The head has a broad and rounded skull, a medium stop. The eyes are medium in size, very clear, yellowish or amber in color, well separated from each other, with intelligent expression. The ears are small, set very high on the head. They hang without being glued to the cheeks; they are of medium thickness. The tail, of medium length and size, is held straight or slightly curved; it should not be rolled up on the back.
